⚠️How to hit 150g of protein⚠️ . 📝Via: @evolvetrainingsystem . Someone asked me on my story how I hit 150 grams of protein in a day and I thought this would help out more people . All the measurements are raw measurements not cooked for the meats and fish . If your goal is to grow/maintain/cut you should be consuming at 0.7-1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean muscle. That number should be in the higher range during a deficit and can be lowered a little through a bulk . If you have a hard time consuming a lot of protein what I suggest doing is starting out with what is manageable and increasing it by 10 grams every two weeks . 10 grams won’t fill like a huge increase and over time you’ll be in the appropriate range .
