Nadszedł ten dzień w którym dostaliśmy pozwolenie aby chodzić na siłownie. Każdy indywidualnie od trenera @wujaszek_fericze dostał wskazówki i ćwiczenia, które mamy wykonywać. Jako że się nie poddaje poniżej wstawiam wam zdjęcie. Mimo kolejnych straconych kilogramów walczę o lepszego ja. Chociaż łatwo nie było bo na początku nie wiedziałem jak połączyć prace ze siłownia oraz z rodziną. Najlepszym rozwiązaniem są siłownie 24/7 😂 Wstawałem o 5 rano aby iść na trening - robiłem swoje tak jak mówił @krzysztofradzikowski. Potem szłem na 8 godzin do pracy. A po pracy wiadomo zakupy i przygotowywanie posiłków na kolejne dni 🤩 Siłownia 3 razy w tygodniu, basen też 3 razy dni w tygodniu 💪🏼 Da się ?
